Project Name- The Hiranandani Estate

Project Type- Residential & Commercial Township

Project Overview- The Hiranandani Estate has redefined the meaning of luxury with ultra-luxurious studio apartments. Focus on the fine details and luxurious surroundings with easy access to hospitals, schools, landscaped gardens, and the world-famous "The Walk" shopping mall, make it a one-of-a-kind project. It is a township project spread across 300-acres of land.

Challenge- To reach the top 10% of home buyers with an attractive presentation that would be convincing enough to make them explore the project. Along with this, we needed a system that could be followed so leads can be nurtured and converted quickly and efficiently.

Solution- To address the challenge, we worked for days on the target audience and created audience sets comprising the top 10% of high-income home buyers. To attract that set of audience, we created a resonating video campaign while highlighting the luxurious aspect of the property as a whole. We then monitored the response and altered the campaign as per the interactions, which finally led to a high engagement rate on video, which turned into site visits and ultimately bookings.

Project Name- The Lodha Amara

Project Type- Residential Township

Project Overview- The Lodha Amara group is known for affordable and premium housing, retail, and office space projects spanning over 4500 acres across the country's major cities. Lodha Amara is a one-of-a-kind project with a 25,000 square-foot clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, a sports centre with a FIFA-approved football field, lawn tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and a 2-acre forest zone.

Challenge- The biggest challenge was to reach a vast target audience and convey the message of a long list of amenities, which were not present with any of the competitors. We had to look for a way in which the prospects would remain engaged and consume all the information that we had to share.

Solution- To achieve our goals, we worked on a media form that would easily keep the audience engaged and deliver our message with ease. We made extensive video campaigns enlisting and showing the amenities so that the prospects could visualise themselves living in the property. This was combined with large scale ad campaigns which helped us get loads of qualified leads, site visits and bookings!
